1. Use of Our Services
MedEd is an educational platform designed for medical students and professionals.
You agree to use MedEd only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to premium content requires a valid subscription.
Payments may be processed through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Alfalah, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store.
We do not store your credit card, bank, or debit card details.
By subscribing, you authorize us to process your payment through the selected method.
3. Refunds
All subscription sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical issues (see our Refund Policy).
If you subscribed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, their refund policies apply.
4. User Content
You may create notes, comments, or flags within the platform.
You retain ownership of your content, but by posting it on MedEd, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
All study materials, notes, MCQs, and other content provided by MedEd are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell MedEd content without our prior written consent.
6. Data & Privacy
By using MedEd, you agree to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We use third-party services such as Google Analytics and Facebook SDK for tracking and performance.
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access, but MedEd may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or access issues.
8. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
MedEd is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or academic outcomes resulting from the use of our platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Multan, Pakistan.
