Refund Policy

At MedEd, we want you to have confidence in your purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and simple.


Subscription Purchases

  • MedEd offers digital subscriptions that provide access to study material, notes, and question banks.

  • Because our content is delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.


Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.

  • Technical issues: If you are unable to access the content due to a verified technical problem on our side that we cannot resolve.


How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at:

Include your:

  • Name

  • Registered email address

  • Transaction ID

  • Reason for refund request


Payments Through App Stores

If you subscribed via Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds are handled directly by Google or Apple under their own policies. Please contact the respective store’s support for processing.


Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
